322 HPLC Pump

The 321 and 322 Pumps are multi-solvent pumps designed for use in Gilson’s HPLC analytical to semi-preparative systems. The pumps accommodate flow rates from 0.15 mL/min up to 30 mL/min at pressures up to 8,700 psi (600 bar) using columns up to 21.2 mm ID. A single 321 or 322 pump is necessary for isocratic and binary gradients; tertiary gradients require combining two pumps.

Quick Response

High-pressure Adjustable Volume Dynamic Mixer (AVDM™) enables fast gradient response times and homogeneous mixtures for analytical to semi-preparative applications.

The Right Pump for Your Task

Choose the correct pump head for your application:
• H1 pump heads - ideal for 2-12 mm ID columns with flows up to 15 mL/min and pressures up to 8,700 psi (600 bar)

• H2 pump heads - ideal for 3-20 mm ID columns with flows up to 30 mL/min and pressures up to 4,300 psi (300 bar)

The pump heads are easy to access and simple to maintain, and the 321 and 322 pumps are stackable to conserve bench space.

Easy Control

The 321 functions as a controller with integrated keypad. The 322 is remotely controlled via the 321 controller or TRILUTION® software. Keypad controls include safety files, anomaly processing procedures, and GLP functions. TRILUTION software provides control within a complete prep workstation and includes data processing and results reporting.
