171/172 Diode Array Detector
Using flexible fiber optic light paths, the 171 and 172 Diode Array Detectors (DAD) deliver accurate UV/Vis and spectrum data with up to seven specific wavelengths simultaneously. With an interchangeable flow cell design, these detectors are ideal for analytical, semi-preparative, and preparative HPLC applications.
Versatile Flow Cell Configurations
The fiber optic light path of both the 171 and 172 Detectors can be configured in a fixed or remote flow cell design. The remote flow cell configuration yields virtually no peak broadening because the power of the detector is located directly at the column outlet.
